Software Freedom Day 2008 Philippines

On September the Philippine will join on the worldwide celebration dubbed Software Freedom Day. The Software Freedom Day is a grassroots effort to propagate Free and Open Source Software and ideals. The Philippine celebration is being coordinated by the Computer Professionals’ Union since 2004. This is a yearly celebration, for this year the celebration will be on September 20, 2008.
For the CPU will be launching the Software Freedom Month on September it is an effort to propagate Free and Open Source Software and ideals. SF Month will be a yearly Tour of the Computer Professionals Union for Free and Open Source Software Advocacy.
